Impact & Evidence

Trust should be visible.

We show what we can support with records, explain what the figures mean and protect information that should remain private.

How we count

Clear numbers are better than bigger numbers.

Service counts can overlap.

A person may receive health education, a test, medication and counselling in the same project. Adding every service count together and calling the result “people reached” would risk overstating the number of unique individuals involved.

That is why our website keeps headline figures tied to the project and the form in which the underlying report documented them.

Evidence we maintain

More than photographs.

Our project files can include different kinds of records depending on the activity.

Project reports

What was planned, what was delivered, lessons learned and follow-up actions.

Participant & service data

Counts and service information, including gender-disaggregated data where available.

Financial summaries

Income and expenditure information integrated into project records where documented.

Approvals & correspondence

Government, stakeholder and institutional correspondence where relevant to a project.

Photographs & video

Field evidence showing activities, volunteers and community participation.

Feedback & case highlights

Community feedback and beneficiary stories where appropriate and publishable.

Project-specific evidence

252malaria tests documented in Maza
300people tested during Malaria Kickout
1,000+people reached in Pankshin
170participants documented in Gangare

These are separate project figures from different years and settings. They are not added together as one unique-beneficiary total.

Institutional & community engagement

Relationships that supported the work.

Our records support engagement or collaboration involving the following institutions and community structures. The type of relationship differs by project, so we do not label every organisation a formal “partner”.

Public evidence, private people

We do not publish everything we collect.

Participant names, phone numbers, signatures, raw spreadsheets, banking documents and other sensitive/internal records should not appear on the public website. Selected evidence is curated before publication.
